Case Summary: Our clients, Gregory Cellucci and William Herndon, worked as traders for Goldenberg, Heymeyer & Co. (GHC) until they resigned in December 2000. GHC sued Messers Cellucci and Herndon for breaching the non-competition clause contained in the contracts they signed while working for GHC.
